If you purchase a home through True North Realty and don’t absolutely love it after you move in, we will sell it for FREE. That’s right, we’ll waive our portion of the commission for listing your home. 

We’ll waive our portion of the commission, but you will still have to pay the buyer’s REALTOR’s commission (could range from 2 to 3% of the selling price – this is a fee we aren’t able to control).
